Robot
The visual that I wanted to create in this instant sardines packaging design is a robot. I imagine robots are generally formed from various geometric shapes, therefore, I made all the design elements in this package using geometric shapes (especially squares) as the main elements. The square is the basis for the combination of all the visual elements in it, including the "Sardines" logo, the robot mascot, and the typography used.
In creating packaging designs that have various flavors, one must easily distinguish the packaging easily and quickly, hence, I distinguish the colors used in each sardines logo and each robot's facial appearance in every flavor variant.
